Modular Systems for Operating Rooms
PT Optima Karya Bersama has over 20 years of experience in medical engineering, specializing in the design, engineering, and sales of operating room products. Our modular operating rooms are designed to provide a comfortable and hygienic environment for the surgical team and patients, adhering to the following standards as stipulated in Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation No. 40 of 2022:
Air Quality
Untuk mendapatkan kualitas udara yang steril dan higienis maka diperlukan 3 tahapan penyaringan udara maka dari itu diperlukan untuk memasang pre filter dengan effisiensi penyaringan sebesar 25%, medium filter dengan efisiensi penyaringan sebesar 90% dan hepa filter mampu menyaring kontaminan kontaminan kotor diudara sampai dengan 99.97%. Untuk standard Hepa filter yang dipergunakan PT. OPTIMA KARYA BERSAMA yaitu tipe H-14 dengan effisiensi penyaringan 99.9999% sehingga mampu menciptakan ruang operasi yang steril pada kelas 1000 I ISO 6.
Air Circulation & Distribution
For the circulation and distribution of air that we design refers to the provisions of PERMENKES 40/2022 which requires laminar air flow, so that we will place the air supply in the middle of the operating room right above the operating table so that during the operation it will provide protection for the operating area to remain sterile throughout the surgical procedure, so that the air distribution is truly laminar, we place return air grilles at the four corners of the operating room, while we set the air flow speed at 0.75-0.30 m/s so that the air flow is very comfortable at that speed even though the duration of the operation is quite long.
Air Pressure
For air pressure, we generally make the air pressure in the operating room more positive than other supporting rooms and if negative pressure is desired, the air conditioning system that we offer can support positive and negative pressure features. For that, please inform our sales staff before placing an order and approving the work plan drawing, so that when there is an action with an infectious patient, it can be set to negative pressure to minimize the risk of nosocomial infection and transmission of the patient's congenital disease.
Temperature & Humidity
Supporting Components for Creating a Sterile Operating Room
In addition to the air conditioning system which is the heart of the sterility of an operating room, it is necessary to support the use of materials that comply with the provisions of PERMENKES 40/2022, including the use of wall panels, ceilings, vinyl floors that must be non-porous, easy to clean, chemical resistant, anti-bacterial, fire resistant and specifically for vinyl flooring materials must also be antistatic and anti-friction, while the door must be equipped with an automatic system and other equipment such as medical gas and electrical must also be adjusted to the requirements of PERMENKES 40/2022 and we do this so that the operating room we build functions well and maintains its sterility.
