The TITANIT® instruments developed in conjunction with us 20 years ago are meanwhile considered the benchmark for premium scissors.

With the ASANUS TITANIT® instruments we offer you the premium class of cutting instruments, based on a sophisticated manufacturing technology with innovative and economical features.

All TITANIT® scissors provide a degree of hardness far above the usual standards and are particularly characterised by an extremely high quality of cut. This offers you decisive cutting advantages in the operating theatre and a high degree of economic efficiency due to long cutting life.

Optical reflection is greatly reduced by the TITANIT® surface.

We now also offer TITANIT® needle holders and other instruments with high abrasion resistance.

The TITANIT® instruments are free of chromium and nickel and thus protect users and patients.

The BLUE LINE titanium instruments are characterised by extremely precise workmanship and maximum atraumatic application.

BLUE LINE Micro needle holder and micro forceps

Especially for the finest work in the field of microsurgery, the ASANUS BLUE LINE micro instruments, with an average weight of 45% less than conventional steel instruments, offer you an even finer and more precise handling with fatigue-free work.
The anti-magnetic property of the titanium instruments allows you to grip the microneedles without magnetic effects. The special diamond dusted jaw coating of the ASANUS micro needle holders, which are finely tuned to the needle sizes, enable gentle and atraumatic holding of the micro-needles in any position. Suture hole bleeding due to crushing the needle body can thus be avoided.

BLUE LINE Vascular clamps and vascular forceps

The ASANUS BLUE LINE vascular clamps and forceps have a much more atraumatic effect on the vessels to be clamped and gripped than comparable vascular surgical instruments made out of stainless steel. Especially for vessels affected by atherosclerosis, the BLUE LINE titanium instruments offer maximal atraumatic working.

Cross-bites are avoided through the special design of the BLUE LINE vascular forceps.

Due to the low weight of the material and the weight-reducing design of the ASANUS BLUE LINE titanium instruments, you achieve a safe positioning of the vascular clamps with considerably less tilting effects.

Anobilis

The ANOBILIS product line is characterised by its gold-coloured ring and spring handles and a high-quality black ceramic coating. With their black high-tech coating, these instruments offer you a long working lifetime and minimal optical reflections. We offer ANOBILIS in different handle designs.

SUPER CUT Scissors

The SUPER CUT scissors are generally characterised by a sharp micro-grinding on one of the two cutting blades.
This offers the surgeon an easy and controlled incision especially when cutting through strong tissue structures.

The entire instrument is made of high-quality stainless steel with a robust high-gloss surface and black coloured handle.

ULTRA CUT Scissors with SUPER CUT edge

The main body of the instrument is made of high quality matted stainless steel with long gold coloured handles and branches. The cutting blades are manufactured with high-quality hardmetal (TC), which gives the ULTRA CUT scissors a longer cutting life.

ASANUS ULTRA-CUT scissors are ideal for use especially when you need scissors that can withstand very heavy-duty use while at the same time meeting the highest demands on cutting performance.

In addition, the ULTRA CUT scissors are finished with an anti-slip serrated edge, which prevents tissue from slipping out and ensures safe cutting even in difficult situations.

FINE LINE Vascular clamps

The FINE LINE vascular clamps made of high-quality stainless steel were developed for surgical use in neonatal and pediatric surgery.

They are particularly distinguished by their uniquely light construction. They offer very high elasticity when clamping off vessels and are therefore atraumatic and gentle in use. Many surgeons also use these clamps for small partial clamping of severely calcified vessels in adult surgery.

There is a wide range of models in lengths from 10 to 20cm, which meet almost all application requirements.
